Refund Policy

 Food Dissatisfaction

• Prepared to order: Because food is prepared fresh, refunds are not provided simply because a customer dislikes the taste.

• Replacements: If a mistake is made by the restaurant, the incorrect item can be exchanged for the correct one. The original item must be returned to the host or server in its original container. 

Missing or Incorrect Items

• Reporting: If your order is missing food or is completely incorrect, notify your server or delivery service immediately upon receiving it.

• Resolution: The restaurant will promptly prepare the missing food or offer a replacement. If the item cannot be remade, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. 

Online & Pickup Orders

• Timeframe: Concerns must be raised within 24 hours of the original purchase date to investigate the issue properly.

• Condition: Partially consumed or discarded food does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

• Temperature: The restaurant is not liable for changes in the temperature, sauce, or consistency of food that occur after the order leaves the restaurant with a third-party driver or the customer.
